The Invisible Woman

I'm a poet / essayist / memoirist/
journalist (in the sense of keeping a journal, not of working for a newspaper) and it occurred to me that a blog fits in with all that. If Montaigne, father of the essay, were alive today, he'd keep a blog. This is my self-portrait as frustrated artist who can't believe she's not famous yet. (And because it's part of my artistic endeavor, the whole damn thing is copyrighted. All rights reserved.)

I like invisible women, particularly fiery ones - ;)
I love that the moon is just an advertisement for "tomorrow's episode of the sunrise" while so many of us attempt to romanticize the moon!!! And among other lovely things, I especially like the image of the man in the moon having the very best view and later, crying...

P.S. Perhaps this flaming woman needs some ice cream to cool her off? (Sorry! Couldn't resist being silly, per usual...Hmm, do I seem obsessed with ice cream this week?)
P.P.S. This may be old to you, but it's new to me - :)
